- A tourist tax of €2.90 per person, per night applies to all guests aged 14 and older. This tax is not included in the room price and is payable directly at the guest house.
- In case of a last-minute cancellation or early departure, a cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations:· between 21–30 days before arrival, 40% of the total amount will be charged.· between 14–20 days before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged.· within 14 days of arrival or for early departures, 70% of the total amount will be charged.To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
- On your arrival day, your room will be available from 2 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance. On your departure day, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10 a.m.

Hiking in the surroundings
Dorf Tirol and its surroundings are a renowned and unique destination for hiking enthusiasts. In spring, our area is especially known for the scenic Waalweg trails. These historic irrigation channels, created centuries ago to water the fields, are breathtakingly beautiful when the apple orchards blossom in April.
In summer, you’ll find endless hiking options: from easy walks in and around Dorf Tirol to more challenging hikes to the Spronser Lakes, the renowned Merano High Mountain Trail, the Vellauer Felsweg path, and trails to huts and peaks in the Texel Group. Explore local favorites like Mutspitze, the charming Passeiertal Valley, and the pristine Ultental. Family-friendly hiking areas such as Meran 2000, the Hirzer area, and Vigiljoch are especially popular, ensuring that every visitor finds the perfect trail.
For experienced hikers, local via ferratasoffer thrilling routes, such as the Ifinger Via Ferrata and "Hoachwool." The Passirio Canyon is also a popular choice, particularly on hot summer days, as the shaded path leads to Moos in Passeier.
